The collage maker won't display "ALL" of the photos that are in the photo gallery...
What's with this?? Am I not doing something right??? or is this normal...
I won't buy the maker if I can't access all of my photographs...

Cornhenge,
Artopia Photo Collage Maker will display all the photos in the directory that is currently selected. The application used to "drill down" into all sub-folders too, but we removed this functionality when we added the AutoFill feature, since users were confused why images were being put into their collage that were not in the selected folder. As the program currently works, you need to select each folder using Artopia's Folder Explorer and you will see all the images in that folder, you will not see images in sub-folders though.
I spoke with our development team and we're talking about adding a checkbox that would all the user to specify they want to also include sub-folders "Include Sub Folders?" or something like that.
Thanks,Josh
Hi Josh and thank you for your timley reply to my querie.
I'm still a little new to computers...sort of a analogue man in a digital world.
I was wondering if there is more information available on how I would go about
accessing the photos in the files that we were talking about... something that would
walk me through what I need to do...
Thank's for any help that you can offer...

You might want to watch our video tutorial called "The Basics". It'll walk you through how to use to Folder Explorer to select photos from your computer and put them on your collage. Basically, you can navigate the folders on your computer and Artopia will look inside those folders and put any photos into the Photo Viewer thumbnail browser. From that point, just drag and drop the photos to your collage. I hope that helps.
